Role Description Fres‑co System USA is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Telford, PA facility. This full‑time, on‑site role will lead maintenance activities in a large‑scale production environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing equipment maintenance schedules, managing repairs, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Manager will lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians, drive performance improvements, and manage inventory and spare parts to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
Experience in team leadership, training, and delegating tasks to maintenance technicians
Strong knowledge of safety standards, compliance regulations, and preventive maintenance strategies
Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities to manage maintenance schedules and resources effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred
Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or a related industry is highly desirable
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and inventory management tools
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
