2nd Shift – Production Supervisor – Mixed LP2
Perform the daily operations of the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks under instructions and work routines. Has latitude to rearrange the sequence of tasks based on changing work situations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage an operation or part of a production facility to reach quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
Team manage salaried employees. (Does not include production supervisors for hourly employees.)
Broadening technical knowledge to execute policy/strategy, possibly in specialized technical fields.
Use knowledge of key business drivers to accomplish work; understand how team work integrates with other teams.
Make decisions within a defined framework; resolve issues requiring technical knowledge and judgment; consult senior members for topics outside defined instructions.
Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE when accounting for customer-facing roles. Explain technical information to others.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or production.

Base pay range: $92,000 – $105,000. Pay influenced by experience, education, and skill set. Position eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of base salary/commission. Posting expected to close on December 20, 2025.
