Senior Material Planner
Division: Solutions

Location: Henderson, USA – 560 W Warm Springs Rd
Time Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
Ensure commitments from demand planning groups are within agreed product lead times.
Resolve delays in material provision within the agreed timeline.
Manage lead times of all delivery orders, reporting any issues.
Expedite SAP delivery orders with internal and external partners.
Review customer build/ship plans to meet delivery commitments.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and manage project planning and execution.
Manage dock operations, ensuring safety procedures, training documentation, and material tracking.
Act as backup for the build supervisor, mastering systems, spreadsheets, and processes.
Assist with startup of new buildings, coordinating safety procedures, and temporary/permanent areas.
Compile and present data for manager meetings, identifying material improvement areas for financial and efficiency gains.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel for inbound/outbound material planning and drop trailer deliveries.
Manage work tickets for material movement and reinventory processes.
Onboard new material planners and enhance training documentation for role success.
Assist with payroll/HR issues and interview processes when needed.
Administer on‑the‑job training sessions and develop new training opportunities.
Qualifications This is a second‑tier level position requiring exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with a preference for 5+ years of related experience.
