Plant Manager – Paper Packaging Manufacturing Company
Our client is a 10 billion‑dollar paper packaging manufacturing company, fully vertically integrated, with a strong succession planning structure. Managers are usually promoted within 18–24 months and the company has robust growth opportunities.
We are looking for a Plant Manager focused on coaching, mentoring, creating structure and organization, and training & development. This role is centered on change management and transformational leadership.
Responsibilities
Coach, mentor, and develop plant staff.
Create and maintain organizational structure.
Lead change management initiatives.
Implement and sustain transformational leadership practices.
Qualifications
World Class manufacturing experience required.
Preference for paper converting and/or printing experience.
Data analytics, statistical data analysis, and KPI‑based decision making.
Experience managing a large manufacturing facility.
P&L experience – financial acumen required.
Experience developing talent.
Salary $150,000.00/yr – $170,000.00/yr
