They are vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 12‑24 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.
We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a large team. People leadership is critical and this company hires leaders who put people first.
Qualifications
Supervisory experience in manufacturing
Culture driver and change agent
Decision making based on KPIs and metrics
Experienced in high speed environments
