Lead and manage multiple luxury residential construction projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed of project status and manage expectations. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on luxury residential projects. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
