Giltner Public Schools is seeking a dynamic, student‑centered administrator to join our PK‑12 leadership team for the 2026‑2027 school year. This position will be intentionally structured to align with the strengths, experience, and leadership skills of the successful candidate. Giltner is a progressive, community‑focused district that values collaboration, instructional excellence, and strong relationships among students, staff, families, and the community.
Responsibilities
Work primarily with PK‑6 students and teachers.
Support district‑wide initiatives.
Possibly lead MTSS, literacy, district assessment coordination, special education, or instructional coaching – depending on the candidate’s background and district needs.
Qualifications
Hold or be eligible for a Nebraska Administrative Certificate.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
Commitment to student and staff growth.
