Position Summary Reporting to the Director, Tissue Procurement Facility the Clinical Operations Manager will oversee Clinical Research Operations by supervising Clinical Research Coordinators and Clinical Trials Lab personnel to ensure proper adherence to procedures and regulations. This position will also be responsible for maintaining Business Partner relationships through communication, budget management, and research project portfolio management.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Master’s degree in a discipline related to the field assigned; or Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and two years of research/analysis, preferably with one year in a supervisory role; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Working knowledge and facility with information technology; ability to acquire and apply knowledge from study and review of defined sources; ability to follow instructions; ability to collect, record, and document information; ability to review information for completeness and accuracy; ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing; ability to lead and coordinate work for multifunctional teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Previous experience in clinical research. Previous experience in team leadership.
