Position Summary The Manager, E-Procurement will assist in coordinating the activities of Material Managers and related clinical staff involved in sourcing and purchasing Med/Surg supplies, implants, pharmaceuticals, and facility services. Fluency in Regent computer system applications—ordering supplies, tracking surgical case costing, and maintaining inventory systems—is required. The role is responsible for training Material Managers on the IOS/ENVI inventory platform, providing support with the HST/SIS system application, and assisting supply chain efforts in setting up new facilities or transitioning existing facilities to Regent operations. The Manager, E-Procurement reports to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work with employees, stakeholders, and suppliers to provide primary support and maintain e‑Procurement platforms.

Direct and coordinate activities of purchasing systems utilized by surgery centers Regent partners with.

Answer inbound support requests for e‑Procurement.

Maintain data within purchasing platforms and other programs.

Complete daily maintenance on items and vendor master within e‑Procurement systems.

Actively work on problem resolution using appropriate tools or escalating to appropriate employee.

Conduct ad‑hoc and scheduled end‑user training classes.

Provide in‑person and virtual system application training to end users (IOS/ENVI, HST, Intacct).

Lead and roll‑out Accounts Payable Module training.

Assist with reporting—inventory reporting, purchasing history, case costing, various data information.

Assist Materials Management in various projects.

Develop, maintain, and distribute documentation necessary for purchasing systems.

Attend and participate in periodic materials manager calls.

Assist setting up and enrolling centers with GPO partners.

Assist with cost‑saving initiatives.

Evaluate costs of supplies and monitor prices in conjunction with Material Managers, Administrators, and Directors of Nursing.

Recognize and define problems and solve in a timely manner.

Contribute to goals and objectives of supply chain initiatives.

Work independently.

Support facility Material Managers in maintaining a charge system that meets surgical service needs.

Demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.

Interact with all stakeholders in a considerate, helpful, and courteous manner as observed by administrators, clinical directors, and peers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.

Minimum three (3) years’ experience in materials management, purchasing, or e‑procurement.

Significant computer experience to manage multiple computer systems proficiently.

ENVI experience.

Preferred:

ASC experience.

Operating room knowledge and experience.

Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
