Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, management, communication, and coordination of status reports, and accountability of project‑oriented work efforts across the organization.
The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet high‑quality standards, and satisfy stakeholder expectations.
A Project Manager is assigned to projects with multiple interdependencies and of moderate complexity, scope, risk, and impact to the business.
Duties/Responsibilities
Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex projects utilizing cross‑functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives.
Manage the full project life cycle including business case creation through integration.
Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.
Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans.
Effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders including C‑suite and center administrators.
Coordinate cross‑functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company objectives.
Regularly assist in identifying dependencies between initiatives and actions.
Support key decisions and issue resolution to ensure initiatives remain on track and continuously deliver desired impact.
Capable of managing a project in one of the following functional areas: Integration, Center Applications, Data, IT Operations, and Finance.
Work with multiple departments to document processes and analyze them for process improvement opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Enterprise/Organizational Process Improvement
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or relevant work experience.
Two to five (2‑5) years of related work experience within Healthcare, Acquisitions, or IT.
Solid knowledge and experience in various Project Management, process improvement, and change management concepts, methodologies, and processes.
Organized individual that displays timely project completions in prior roles and is able to engage resources with varying communication styles.
Preferred
Healthcare Experience
IT/Data Governance Experience
Experience using MS Office and Smartsheet.
CAPM, CSM or comparable Project Management Certification.
Lean/Six Sigma certification and/or deep process improvement experience.
