KURU Footwear is seeking a Lifecycle, Loyalty & Retention Manager to own the performance of our media channels-email, SMS, and loyalty programs. Your core mission:

while nurturing meaningful relationships with our customers. Subscription rate, repeat purchase rate, and loyalty engagement will be your key performance drivers.

This role blends merchandising, storytelling, and performance. You'll design lifecycle flows, campaigns, and loyalty experiences that don't just sell products; they create memorable, human moments. Every touchpoint should make a customer feel cared for, understood, and eager to return.

You'll lead strategy and execution for email, SMS, and loyalty along with building processes, optimizing flows, and ensuring every communication reflects the

What You'll Focus On

Owned Media Strategy : Own and scale email, SMS, and loyalty programs; drive revenue through lifecycle flows and campaigns.

Channel Management & Growth : Manage email and SMS channels end-to-end, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability. Optimize website subscription rates.

Process Creation & Documentation : Build scalable processes, playbooks, and reporting frameworks for all owned media channels.

Loyalty & Retention Programs : Manage and grow loyalty/rewards programs to increase repeat purchases and engagement. Partner with CX to integrate loyalty into service interactions and customer experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Growth, Creative, Ecommerce, Ops, and Product teams to align campaigns, storytelling, and loyalty initiatives.

You're A Good Fit If You:

Are someone who is equal parts merchant and storyteller‑able to drive sales while creating emotional connections.

Have 5–7 years' experience in lifecycle marketing, retention, or CRM (preferably DTC).

Have experience managing email and SMS programs at scale, including segmentation, automation, and deliverability.

Are fluent in tools like Klaviyo (or similar ESPs), SMS platforms, and loyalty systems.

Have ability to design, execute, and measure loyalty programs.

Think in customer journeys, not blasts, and understands how each moment contributes to lifetime value.
