Payroll Testing Coordinator – Workday Implementation Job ID: 25-94387

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Contract: 6 months with potential for long‑term engagement

Pay Range: $58.00–$60.00/hr

We are urgently looking for a skilled Payroll Testing Coordinator to support our Workday implementation project. If you are interested, please apply online immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all payroll simulation and parallel testing cycles (data sets, pay periods, validations).

Liaise with Payroll Ops, Finance, Integration, and Testing teams to ensure scenario readiness.

Track completion of test executions, reconciliation results, defect trends and readiness metrics.

Develop dashboards for key indicators and readiness status in collaboration with leadership.

Support test defect resolution, risk escalation, and readiness gating.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

Payroll Testing, Workday implementation experience.

5 years payroll process knowledge (US multi‑state, Workday Payroll certification is a plus).

Experience coordinating simulation and parallel payroll cycles in an implementation environment.

Strong analytical and Excel/Smartsheet skills; ability to build leadership‑ready dashboards.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
