Job Description
This role focuses on coordinating the payroll simulation and parallel cycles for the Workday implementation. You’ll ensure alignment across Payroll Ops, Finance, Testing, and deliver leadership visibility on simulation testing and parallel testing outcomes and readiness. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all payroll simulation and parallel testing cycles (data sets, pay periods, validations) Liaise with Payroll Ops, Finance, Integration, and Testing teams to ensure scenario readiness Track completion of test executions, reconciliation results, defect trends and readiness metrics Work with leadership to develop a dashboard for key indicators and readiness status Support test defect resolution, risk escalation and readiness gating Required Skills & Experience
5+ years payroll process knowledge (US multi-state, Workday Payroll certification compulsory) Experience coordinating simulation and parallel payroll cycles in an implementation environment Strong analytical and Excel/Smartsheet skills; ability to build leadership‑ready dashboards Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities About US Tech Solutions
