2-3 years of proven success in Automotive Service Management with consistent career progression and exceptional customer satisfaction scores Strong leadership and communication skills, with a positive, solutions-focused attitude Deep understanding of dealership operations, including DealerTrack® experience (preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required) A desire to relocate to the Delaware or Eastern Shore region for a relaxed lifestyle near the beach About Us
