Position Overview: Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships is looking for a Part‑Time Customer Support Specialist / Receptionist to help drive our customer service excellence while supporting our expanding business. Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage a multi‑line phone system efficiently
Greet and assist customers professionally, both in‑person and over the phone
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and quicklyHandle customer agreements, service tickets, and dealer exchanges using a computer system
Perform general office tasks including filing, inventory management, and other duties as needed by the Office Manager
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Friendly and professional demeanor, whether in‑person or on the phone
Comfortable using computers and basic office systems
A solid work ethic and dedication to excellence
High school diploma or GED (required)
Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays
