Experienced Wire Assembler Needed – Aircraft Harnesses
Located in Corona, Aircraft Spruce and Specialty is seeking an experienced Electro‑Mechanical Assembler to assemble harnesses for avionics components. If interested, submit a resume or drop by and complete an application (address below).
Compensation $20 – $28 per hour
Working Hours Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Daily Activities
Accurately assemble electronic harnesses following drawings, schematics and procedures.
Cut and mark wire using laser wire maker, strip wire, terminate wire and assemble connectors.
Solder various types of connections.
Conduct general visual inspections of parts and assemblies.
Work closely with other Harness Assemblers and cross‑check work.
Required Skills
Minimum two (2) years experience with wire/component assembly; aviation or similar field such as automotive/marine preferred.
One year working following detailed instructions, drawings, schematics, standards to assemble raw materials.
Experience using hand tools such as crimpers, screw drivers, wrenches, files etc.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; typing 40 WPM.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Essential Functions
Speak, read, write and comprehend English.
Must be able to use both hands to manipulate and work with multiple components.
Must be able to make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.
Must be able to stand or sit for 2 hours at a time.
Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and squat.
Must be over 18 years of age.
