Construction Superintendent – Tampa, FL
Base pay range: $110,000.00‑$140,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily field activities to maintain production and schedule adherence.
Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain clear communication across the project team.
Enforce strict jobsite safety requirements in alignment with corporate safety programs and OSHA standards.
Oversee quality control processes and ensure full compliance with contract documents and specifications.
Identify issues proactively, gather data, and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Maintain positive relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Review construction drawings, interpret critical path schedules, and ensure proper execution of all phases of work.
Attend required project meetings, including coordination, safety, and progress reviews.
Complete daily reports, maintain accurate documentation, and support overall project delivery.
Perform additional duties as needed to support successful project completion.
Requirements
10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent on similar‑size commercial projects ($5M–$30M).
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, logistics, and sequencing.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and schedules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore experience preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Professional communication skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with project partners.
Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering projects safely and successfully.
