Role Overview We’re seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineer to support the design, integration, and improvement of manufacturing systems and processes. This role plays a key part in implementing new systems, supporting PPAP documentation, and refining product designs to enhance producibility and reduce costs—all within a project management framework.
Key Responsibilities
Design and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems
Support Floor-to-Floor (FTF) measurement and PPAP documentation
Collaborate with designers to optimize product manufacturability
Conduct engineering inspections and recommend improvements
Analyze data and identify process enhancements
Manage small-scale projects within established frameworks
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers under contract plans
Contribute to product development and internal client relationships
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Support knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
5–6 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
Strong skills in engineering design, development, and specification
Experience in project scheduling, costing, and budgeting
Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance
Familiarity with lean principles and change management tools
CNC, Machining process experience
