Production Crew Supervisor

to lead frontline manufacturing teams in a

heavy industrial production environment . This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, driving a strong safety culture, and ensuring production goals are achieved through efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective execution. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on leadership experience from high‑pace, industrial manufacturing operations and has a proven ability to motivate teams, improve processes, and deliver results in safety‑critical environments. What You’ll Do

Supervise and lead production crews in a

heavy industrial manufacturing setting Drive a proactive safety culture by setting expectations and leading by example Plan, organize, and execute daily production activities to meet shift, department, and business objectives Coach, mentor, and develop hourly production teammates to build strong, engaged teams Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, uptime, throughput, and cost control Ensure consistent execution of production processes to achieve high output, high quality, and low operating costs Analyze production performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions Maintain clear communication across shifts and with maintenance, quality, and operations leadership Foster teamwork, accountability, and a results‑driven production environment Required Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing , including high‑volume or continuous production operations 3+ years of experience supervising or leading production teams Ability and willingness to work a

rotating schedule , including days, nights, and 12‑hour shifts Strong leadership, decision‑making, and team‑building skills Advanced organizational, time management, and analytical capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

threading, high‑frequency welding, galvanizing, or similar industrial processes Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field Safety leadership in industrial environments Production supervision and people management Continuous improvement and operational excellence Cost control and performance optimization Strategic thinking and data‑driven decision making Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why This Role
