Production Associate - Molding & Spinning - 2nd Shift
We are looking for a
Production Associate
to join our Molding & Spinning Department on the 2nd shift at
Nordic Ware .
Location:
St Louis Park, MN
Salary:
$16–$18 per hour
About the Role In this position you will operate a variety of machines, including Injection Molding, Compression Molding, and Metal Forming equipment, to process and finish production parts. You will be responsible for ensuring machine quality, accuracy, and cleanliness, as well as documenting production and managing scrap.
What You Will Get To Do
Operate various machines in injection molding, compression molding, and spinning to produce plastic or metal products.
Trim/de-flash parts using knives, clippers or cutters.
Ensure machine produces quality parts.
Document accuracy of parts and account for all scrap.
Stack finished parts on skids, tag skids, and use hand lifts to move materials.
Keep work area and machines clean and orderly.
Complete daily production card.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring To The Role
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience with manufacturing equipment or machines preferred.
Ability to work independently or on a conveyor line with others.
Good attendance habits.
Effective communication skills.
