What You Can Expect As An Electrical Maintenance Tech

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Location: Eagle Grove, IA

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, your day revolves around maintaining, installing, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical systems with precision and expertise. You will primarily be in the feed department working alongside the maintenance team, working with PLCs, process controls, and various electrical equipment. You frequently read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams, utilizing your deep understanding of electrical fundamentals to ensure smooth operations.

From servicing lighting fixtures to handling emergency maintenance to minimize downtime, your role is critical in keeping our facilities running seamlessly. Additionally, you handle tasks such as replacing and repairing parts, rewiring, and installing conduit and wiring, including underground and low‑voltage electrical lines. You will also assist the maintenance team when needed. No task is too big nor too small, and you always leave with a great sense of satisfaction because you know you make a real difference every single day at Gold‑Eagle Cooperative.
