Overview Salary details based on experience:

Shift/Schedule Requirements:
Ability to work various shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Perform skilled trade duties in cabinet, carpentry, concrete, and asphalt work required for maintenance, repair, and construction of park, restaurant, office buildings and equipment. Operate fixed and portable power tools and heavy equipment. Study blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine materials and dimensions. Responsibilities may vary by location.

Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, tractors, forklifts, JLG lifts, and various saws; use measuring devices, carpentry tools, concrete tools, landscaping tools, and mechanic’s tools.
Document work performed daily; prepare and process maintenance documentation and inspection forms as required.
Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas; properly maintain assigned equipment and tools.
Work with materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall; utilize chisels, planes, saws, drills, sanders, nails, screws, staples, or adhesives to repair and erect structures.
Operate on scaffolding, ladders, and building beams; check work to ensure it meets code and specifications.
Use levels, rules, plumb bobs, framing squares, and surveying equipment to ensure everything is level and secure.
Work with prefabricated buildings; build stairs, mantles, and furniture; install cabinets and molding.
Remodel offices and structures; create structures for pouring concrete; erect scaffolding; build trench bracing.
Replace panes of glass, ceiling tiles, and doors; repair or build furniture.
Install partitions, doors, and windows; move and install machinery.
Work with blueprints or instructions supplied; ensure finished product matches specifications.
Prepare project layout; estimate height, width, length, and other proportions; select and purchase materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least 2‑4 years of experience with rough framing or roofing preferred.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Own trade tools.
Ability to pass a background check (including credit, criminal, DMV, employment, education, and references) if 18 years or older.
