Your impact
Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize blow molding equipment from cold start through steady‑state production to meet container quality requirements.
Retrieve and adjust PLC parameters; interpret machine data and make precise changes to maintain quality and throughput.
Complete set‑ups and bottle size changeovers across assigned lines, including tooling swaps and process profiles.
Conduct in‑process quality checks, document profile changes, and maintain accurate production and QC records.
Coordinate with production teammates to keep material, labor, and schedules moving efficiently.
Stay current on process updates by reviewing logs, procedures, and posted notices; follow all site safety programs and maintain a clean work area.
What you bring
High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of experience in a blow molding manufacturing environment; Uniloy exposure is a plus.
Solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to use basic hand tools you provide.
Careful, instruction‑following mindset with clear written and verbal communication.
Commitment to safe work practices; willing to work overtime as business needs require.
Comfort working around strong fumes and high‑noise machinery.

This position has a base salary range of $24. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
Tools, tech, and skills
Primary equipment: Blow molding machines (including Uniloy platforms).
Core capabilities: PLC troubleshooting, general troubleshooting, and proven blow molding know‑how.
