KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain controls system functionality for production purposes
Ability to take charge in equipment breakdown situations
Review electrical schematics (via AutoCAD) and wire as directed by engineering
PLC logic and electrical troubleshooting
Work on everyday maintenance items
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Certifications or vocational/technical training; Associates degree in a related field preferred (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial technologies, etc.)
Experience in the manufacturing electronics/controls field
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job: Lift 50lbs, bend, kneel, squat, climb, reach
PLC (Preferably Allen Bradley: PLCs SLC 500 and Controllogix), FactoryTalk View HMI, electrical troubleshooting and motors and motor controls experience
Robotics (Fanuc) is beneficial
Proven knowledge of control safety circuits and devices
