Job Summary

Prepare and record journal entries ensuring accuracy of entries.

Maintain financial reports and general ledger accounts while ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded.

Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

Research and correct account discrepancies.

Meet all monthly and ad-hoc reporting deadlines.

Assist with audits and other inquiries as needed.

Team oriented.

Organized and attention to detail required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel and other basic computer skills.

Must possess accounting knowledge and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Must be detail oriented and keep information accurate and organized.

Highly ethical with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.

Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage or PACE program is preferred but not required.

Background checks/drug-free workplace.
