We’re hiring a Staff Accountant to join a high‑caliber, rapidly growing healthcare organization backed by private equity. This is a great spot for someone coming out of Big 4 or a strong regional firm who wants meaningful, client‑facing work and a clear path for growth (we promote high performers and invest in our seniors).
What you’ll do
Support full‑cycle accounting
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist with month‑end close
Help produce accurate financial statements and reporting packages
Work directly with physician practices and internal business teams
Partner with leadership and FP&A on ad‑hoc analysis and projects
Improve processes and help scale a fast‑moving finance function
What we’re looking for
1–3+ years accounting experience, highly value public accounting experience
CPA preferred, not required
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to grow
$60–70K base + 10% bonus, benefits Day 1, 401(k) after 60 days, unlimited PTO. Hybrid.
