What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide direct support and lead projects to enhance reimbursement and revenue cycle strategic goals
Manage large deliverables such as recurring reports and analyses from the Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence department
Serve as a resource for the VisiQuate BI Suite, assisting with custom reports and dashboards
Collaborate on audit schedules and prepare data for internal and external audits
Complete monthly reconciliations for EPIC and other data feeds in VisiQuate
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare finance and reporting, with a strong background in SQL and data analysis
Proficient in the EPIC billing system and VisiQuate or other Business Intelligence (BI) systems
Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and large data sets for trend analysis
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with medical terminology and revenue cycle processes
Advanced experience in MS Excel, Access, and Power BI
Ability to write SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets
