Staff Accountant Opportunity
We are a professional services firm seeking a Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations and financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and eager to grow in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant :
Manage A / P, A / R, and general ledger entries.
Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Prepare schedules for audits, tax filings, and compliance needs.
Support client billing, collections, and expense tracking.
Contribute to process improvements and system efficiencies.
Qualifications of the Staff Accouontant :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
1-3 years of accounting experience (professional services / public accounting a plus).
Knowledge of GAAP; proficiency with Excel and accounting software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
