The Junior Accountant supports a variety of essential accounting functions, including reconciliations, accrual tracking, discrepancy research, and period-end close activities, while gaining exposure to broader accounting and finance operations. Responsibilities
Prepare and complete credit card reconciliations Track utilities and record related accruals Assist with property tax accruals Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Provide support during month-end close Provide general administrative and accounting support Participate in additional projects as needed Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional and positive communication skills Ability to perform manual data entry for up to 50 percent of a standard eight-hour workday Must be focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Preferred Qualifications
