We are a growing title insurance company with strong local roots, multi‑state operations, and national reach. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, confident decision‑maker to manage real estate closings from start to finish, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service.
About the Role As a Residential Escrow Officer/Closer, you will review agreements, ensure legal compliance, and conduct closings while delivering outstanding customer service in a collaborative, energetic team environment.
What You’ll Do
Conduct residential real estate closings professionally and accurately
Review and prepare closing documents
Ensure timely and compliant execution and recording of files
Verify title clearance and financial obligations
Calculate taxes, insurance, and other transaction costs
Manage escrow funds and disbursements
Enter and maintain data in SoftPro
Collaborate with other Escrow Officers/Closers
What You Bring
3+ years of escrow or real‑estate closing experience
Title insurance experience preferred
SoftPro experience a plus
Strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel to other offices for closings as needed
