We are seeking a detail‑oriented and service‑driven
Licensed Escrow Officer
to manage a variety of escrow transactions from opening to funding and recording. The ideal candidate has strong technical escrow knowledge, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and understands the nuances of Utah real estate, state regulations, and industry expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage residential and/or commercial escrow transactions in compliance with
Utah state regulations
and US Title standards.
Handle all phases of the escrow process, including opening files, reviewing title commitments, preparing settlement statements (ALTA/HUD), balancing files, and ensuring accurate recording with county recorders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all parties involved—agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, builders, and internal departments.
Communicate proactively and professionally, providing timely updates and exceptional client support.
Collaborate closely with team members and support staff to ensure smooth, on‑time closings.
Identify and resolve title or escrow issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure all files meet state compliance, RESPA guidelines, and company procedures.
Qualifications
Active Utah Escrow License
required.
3+ years of escrow officer experience
in Utah.
Strong understanding of Utah title practices, settlement statements, lender requirements, and recording procedures.
Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
Experience with industry software such as
SoftPro, or Qualia .
Positive, solutions‑oriented attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and client satisfaction.
