Role Overview
What is the main purpose of this position? [candidate expectation vs. Hiring Manager’s needs]
Conduct physical inventories at store locations to verify inventory balances.
List the primary duties and responsibilities for this role:
Utilize a handheld scanner to count merchandise accurately.
Follow company audit procedures to ensure compliance with FirstCash policies.
Assess potential risks and quality concerns during store audits.
Collaborate with Store Managers to review and communicate audit results.
Work independently while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety policies.
Travel regularly and participate in full-team audits when necessary.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Skills [List Must have or Preferred Skills -Experience, Education/Certificates/Licenses required]
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum1 yearof experience in Inventory Auditing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, or Warehouse/Logistics (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with store teams and management.
Comfortable working in awarehouse/retail environmentand handling merchandise.
Must have reliable transportationand avalid driver’s licensewith no major offenses.
Availability to work from8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
Willingness to travel out of town up to50% of the time(typically 4-5 nights every 2-3 weeks).
