Administrative Enrollment Specialist (60164) – Sage Truck Driving School
Join our team as an Administrative Enrollment Specialist at Sage Truck Driving School, a leader in post‑secondary career education dedicated to student success. The role is full‑time and entry level.
Compensation Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $27.00/hr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities
Comply with federal and state laws, accreditor standards, and institutional policies related to student enrollment.
Receive inbound inquiries and conduct outbound phone calls and emails to prospective students, following company‑approved telephone guidelines.
Schedule appointments with prospective students.
Assess and interview prospective students to determine their needs and goals.
Evaluate prospective students’ eligibility for employment in the transportation industry, including driving record, DOT physical, and drug screen.
Develop referrals and personal leads.
Conduct campus tours, communicating features and benefits of programs to help students make informed enrollment decisions.
Discuss payment options, including third‑party financing, in‑house financing, workforce service/state agency funding, federal and state grants, vocational rehabilitation, VA benefits, private pay, etc.
Follow up on missed or missed interviews.
Enroll eligible students, complete all required forms for enrollment and orientation, and confirm they begin on schedule with all paperwork completed.
Prepare and compile all documents in the student file for the first day of class.
Provide employer and placement information to students and record it accurately in the Student Management System.
Update and complete student transcripts and prepare graduation certificates.
Accounts receivables/payables:
Prepare invoices to students, agencies, and other trainees.
Process receipt of checks, cash, and credit card charges.
Report student attendance/earnings daily.
General management and reporting of accounts payable invoices.
Assist the Director in monthly account reconciliation.
Meet or exceed enrollment objectives.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.
Prior post‑secondary admissions experience; sales background preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving, conflict resolution, and other soft‑skills.
