Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
Design, procure, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
Support new product introductions (NPI) from prototype to full-scale production.
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flowcharts.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
3-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment.
