Salary Range:

$70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.

Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, production bottlenecks, and deviations.

Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or process improvements.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, PFDs, and technical specifications.

Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and opportunities for enhancement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.

Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC) and root cause analysis.

Experience with process simulation software, CAD, and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).

Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex process issues to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena)

Experience with PLC/DCS systems or industrial automation

Advanced data visualization or programming skills (e.g., Power BI, Python for data analysis)
