Key Responsibilities
Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or modifications to existing ones.
Conduct root cause analysis for production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, PFDs, and control plans.
Analyze process data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on new product introductions and process transfers.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
Proven experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with advanced process simulation or data analysis software (e.g., Aspen Hysys, Python, R)
Experience with PLC programming or SCADA systems
Familiarity with relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, IATF 16949)
