Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift

Salary: $19.00- $25.00 per hour DOE
Shift: Mon - Thurs, 3:30 pm – 2:00 am (plus OT). 10% differential added to base pay.
Job Summary Cirrus of Grand Forks is looking for Manufacturing Technicians. The Cirrus Facility in Grand Forks produces composite “fiberglass” parts such as wings, fuselages, horizontals, and their accompanying parts for the Cirrus SR20, SR22 piston airplane, and the SF‑50 Vision Jet. Cirrus is committed to your success. Responsibilities
Hand fabrication of composite parts
Tooling preparation and maintenance
Cutting and trimming of various manufacturing materials
Oven operation
Other manufacturing processes
Progression Plan With Pay Increases
Technician Level I (6 months)
Technician Level II‑III (1‑2 years)
Technician Level IV (3‑5 years)
Competency / Position Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Fast‑paced team environment
Dependable, detail‑oriented
Basic computer skills
Manual Dexterity Precision handling of small items and in small spaces. Quick and confident with hands.
Qualifications Good work history required. Ability to pass pre‑employment drug test.
Combination of schooling and general mechanical knowledge considered. All relevant experience should be detailed on your application and/or resume.
Education High School Diploma or GED required.
Location Grand Forks, North Dakota. The main sub‑assembly composite facility is essential to the development of every Cirrus aircraft. The town offers small‑town charm, hospitality, and opportunities for recreation and community events.
