Pay Information $45.79 per hour

Job Purpose Plan and prioritize project and preventative maintenance work using Maximo system. Create Maximo work orders and job plans for equipment service and project activities. Order required materials and kit jobs to be completed. Report job completion rate and top downtime items on a monthly basis. Support and plan weekend & shutdown maintenance repair, preventative maintenance, and project activities. Support a reliability centered maintenance program. Support team activities and contribute your own ideas.

Key Accountabilities

Plan project and preventative maintenance work including weekend and shutdown activities

Create Maximo work orders for each job

Review feedback from the field and update job packages/plans

Order and kit all required materials for job plans

Prioritize all planned activity

Plan equipment calibrations and oil analysis

Support breakdown situations to keep production running

Support month end reporting

Support budget and equipment service technician training plans

Consult with Engineering, Production, and Production Support to confirm plans at weekly meetings

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Educational Qualifications

2 Year Technical Degree or 4 Year Equivalent Experience

Minimum Experience

2 Years if 2 Year Technical Degree or 4 Year Equivalent Experience

Other Job-Specific Skills

Planning & Organizational Skills

Basic knowledge of Maximo and Microsoft products

Experience with Fanuc robots, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Experience with electrical schematics, Mitsubishi Programmable Logic Controllers, human-machine interface, & vision systems

Working Conditions

Department is clean and climate controlled.

Travel is infrequent, possible part pickup or training.

Overtime typical 5-10 hours per week but occasionally higher for shutdowns, project, or equipment downtime occurrences.

Physical requirements are low, possible some light lifting.
