Electrician
Authority Brands INC. – Atlanta area. Mister Sparky, an affiliate, needs an Electrician to perform electrical repair and installation of equipment for residential customers, ensuring customer health, safety, and satisfaction. Offices located in Marietta and College Park.

Responsibilities
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus, and fixtures.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools.
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and necessary adjustments, ensuring compliance with codes.
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring and fixtures based on job specs and local codes.
Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment.
Place conduit inside designated partitions, walls, or concealed areas and pull insulated wires/cables.
Construct/fabricate parts; fasten boxes to walls to house switches or outlets.
Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates.
Collaborate with other departments to transfer service work data.
Inspect area for cleanliness after job completion and maintain professional image and vehicle cleanliness.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years verifiable experience as an electrician.
Residential service and maintenance experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in related field preferred.
Basic math and reading comprehension required.
Knowledge of electrical field concepts, best practices, and codes including NFPA, Uniform Building Codes, etc.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Appropriate trade tools.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must pass background check and drug screen.
