What you will be doing
Collaborate with and support managers throughout the recruitment process.
Analyze job requirements and future needs.
Write and publish engaging job advertisements.
Lead and participate in interviews using competency‑based questions and psychometric tests.
Assist managers with offers and the pre‑boarding stage.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and digital solutions.
Organize and participate in employer branding events across Norway.
Qualifications and experience
Education or work experience in psychology, human resources, business administration, or related fields.
AON Assessment certification is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check. Please note that this might affect the offer process or employment.
