As the Weekend Maintenance Supervisor (Friday‑Sunday, 5:30 am‑5:30 pm), you will plan, organize, and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians to achieve short‑term departmental objectives and long‑term goals. You will lead cost‑reduction, quality, safety, and asset ROI initiatives, and provide inventory control support for multiple facilities. Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise maintenance activities for the weekend shift. Provide strong leadership and management to implement customer‑focused processes. Develop and execute cost‑reduction, quality, safety, and asset ROI projects. Provide inventory control support across multiple facilities. Oversee maintenance of manufacturing equipment, HVAC, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Qualifications
Electro‑Mechanical Degree, Supervisory Management Certification, Industrial Electrical Journeyman, Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright Journeyman, Maintenance Technician Journeyman, or related field/experience. Three to five years of maintenance experience in a high‑speed packaging or similar manufacturing environment. Two to three years of supervisory/leadership experience. Excellent knowledge of manufacturing facilities and equipment. Strong understanding of work‑management processes, labor estimating, and resource balancing. Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and procedures. Technical knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics disciplines. Strong organizational skills, proactive problem‑solving, and leadership/team‑building abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of confidentiality.
