Primary Job Functions
Install residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience while meeting deadlines and maintaining proper margins.
Perform maintenance and service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, resulting in a high‑quality customer experience.
Work Hours 7:00 am with a one‑hour lunch and overtime as needed.
Job Title Service Technician – Experienced
Pay Scale $29 – $40 per hour – plus benefits listed below.

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license

Nate certification
3+ years of experience
Possess needed tools
Basic understanding of wiring diagrams
Basic understanding of sheet metal
Basic understanding of refrigeration
