The Department of Physics & Astronomy at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Prescott, AZ) is searching for an adjunct physics instructor to teach undergraduate physics courses
in person at ERAU's Prescott Campus . Courses taught in the department serve aviation, engineering, physics, and astronomy undergraduates. Instructors can teach 1-2 lecture courses or up to 4 labs in a semester. Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience and hands‑on physics laboratory skills. Questions may be directed to Physics and Astronomy Department Chair Brennan Hughey, hugheyb@erau.edu.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have a Master’s Degree or PhD in physics, astronomy, or a closely related field. Candidates should include a cover letter, CV, and the names and contact information for 3 references.
