As a Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force on the jobsite — coordinating crews, maintaining safety and quality, and ensuring structural concrete scopes are executed with precision and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Lead field operations for
structural concrete
scopes, including forming, rebar installation, placement, and finishing
Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily workflow to maximize productivity
Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and field teams to maintain alignment
Read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and formwork plans with accuracy
Develop and manage project schedules, sequencing concrete operations for efficiency
Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure all work complies with safety standards
Monitor the quality of forming, reinforcing, concrete placement, and curing processes
Oversee inspections, testing coordination, punch lists, and final turnover of concrete work
Foster a field culture centered on teamwork, accountability, safety, and craftsmanship
5+ years of Superintendent experience with a
concrete subcontractor
or structural concrete‑focused GC
Strong expertise in formwork systems, rebar coordination, layout, and concrete placement
Experience with tilt‑wall construction is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple crews and fast‑paced concrete operations
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and engineered plans
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
A commitment to safety, quality, and delivering top‑tier concrete work
