STS Technical Services is hiring Aircraft Structures Technicians to join the team in Broomfield, Colorado.
This is hands‑on, high‑impact work. You’ll perform complex fabrication and mechanical installations on Pilatus aircraft platforms. You’ll follow strict FAA and SRM guidelines. And you’ll do it alongside a team that values precision, safety, and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal and structural assemblies using SRMs and engineering drawings
Interpret technical manuals and blueprints to plan and execute accurate structural modifications
Locate components using station, butt‑line, and waterline references
Accurately complete work order entries and technical documentation
Ensure all work complies with FAA, FOCA, and internal quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 5 years of structural experience
Strong working knowledge of aluminum part painting and corrosion prevention
Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and wiring diagrams
Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and working in tight spaces
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must meet ITAR "U.S. person" requirements (22 CFR 120.62)
