Estimated Pay Range $68,000 – $72,000

Job Summary As a Process Engineer in Ripon, WI, you will apply hands‑on experience in manufacturing processes to optimize production workflows, evaluate current operations, identify safety risks, develop mitigation solutions, lead initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste, collaborate on capital projects, assist with fixture development to improve product consistency and support new product introductions, and work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required

2+ years of engineering experience in a metal manufacturing environment preferred; internships and co‑op experience can be considered

Knowledge of fixture design, implementation, and optimization

Experience in Lean manufacturing techniques, capability studies, process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis

Creo and/or AutoCAD experience is a strong plus
