Supervisors are responsible for overall shift operations and performance measures of a high-performance team-based manufacturing unit. Will lead up to 25 personnel in an effective and efficient team environment; they will ensure that safety, quality, productivity, and team goals/targets are met. Will provide effective problem identification, drive process improvement activities, and solution using statistical data while ensuring compliance to ISO, GMP and FDA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including:
Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards
Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods
Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Associate+4 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
Minimum requirements:
Work Hours: 8 Hour shifts (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Rotating: 4 days on, 4 days off
Travel Requirements: No
