As an Equipment Technician at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, you will: Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed SOP. Troubleshoot equipment failures and monitor abnormal signals. Collaborate with senior personnel and engineers for troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance. Correct and generate SOPs when required. Train junior technicians and manage parts logistics. Skills & Qualifications
Two‑year technical degree, equivalent military experience, or 5‑10 years of direct applicable experience. Semiconductor experience in high‑volume manufacturing facilities; preference for AMAT Centura 5200 preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, gas panel experience. Ability to follow SOPs and focus on continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Experience with 5S and LEAN methodologies. Shift Schedule
A Shift – Sunday through Tuesday (6:45 am – 7:15 pm) with alternating Wednesdays. C Shift – Thursday through Saturday (6:45 am – 7:15 pm) with alternating Wednesdays. Compensation
Base hourly rate $18.60 – $60.40, depending on duties, location, and experience. Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package and possible incentive programs. Benefits
