The role demands a professional with at least 5 years of full‑time project management experience who is ready to own the full project lifecycle, mentor an Assistant Project Manager, and manage client and architect relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead construction projects from preconstruction through punch list, typically $5M–$15M.
Own client and architect relationships and serve as the main point of contact.
Oversee project planning, budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and closeout.
Use CMiC and internal tools to track real‑time cost data.
Mentor your assigned APM while collaborating daily with experienced PMs and project executives.
Ensure subcontractors, vendors, and field teams are aligned and delivering quality work.
Qualifications
5+ years as a full‑time commercial Project Manager.
Track record of delivering successful projects on time and on budget.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency with construction systems and software (CMiC experience a plus).
Knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling (CPM), submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
A team mindset, calm presence, and drive to solve problems.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Compensation
Base salary: $95,000 – $110,000 per year, based on experience.
