Manufacturing Associate (Small Parts Assembly) - 1st shift (6:30am - 2:30pm) Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to support the assembly, inspection, and packaging of small precision components. This role requires strong manual dexterity, visual acuity, and attention to detail to identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Assemble small precision parts using manual and automated workstations
Visually inspect components for defects using microscopes or inspection tools
Measure parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements
Perform cleaning, testing, and packaging of finished products
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Follow written work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicate quality or process concerns to supervisors or technicians
Must Haves
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work with small parts requiring fine motor skills
Strong attention to detail and visual acuity to detect defects
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and data entry skills
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
Nice to Haves
Manufacturing, assembly, or inspection experience
Experience using microscopes, measurement tools, or small hand tools
Experience in a clean room or quality-driven manufacturing environment
